I had the pleasure to work with Cathy over the weekend at SheHacks V on our project "2Mg". I was extremely impressed by how quickly she learned to code and use Android Visual Studio while simultaneously having the best intuition while working for our teams UX/UI Design. Her resilience and knowledge was imperative to our three huge wins at the Hackathon and I know she will go on to do great things. I would highly recommend her as a teammate as she is just the absolute best to work with!

I had the pleasure of mentoring Cathy over two years at the E3 Challenge as she progressed roles from a delegate to a peer advisor. I was impressed by Cathy’s ability to express entrepreneurial skills while collaborating over several business case studies. Cathy showcased creative and innovative solutions towards marketing and campaigns. As she worked in a group setting, I was amazed by Cathy’s ability to lead even through disagreements and conflicts. Her leadership skills allowed her to flourish as a peer advisor, showing an excellent take on responsibility and management. Cathy has the ability to grow and adapt quickly, and her willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities is something to be desired by any professional. This rare mix of productivity and ambition sets a great example for the rest of a team, Cathy would be an exceptional asset to any team and company.
