I have had the privilege of promoting Cathy into my team nearly three years ago as a Field Business Analyst/Project Lead. This new role was a challenging one as it introduced a range of new skills that spanned technical and project management, and Cathy eagerly took on the challenge. Within a short period of time she was flying solo and doing great - she is a quick study, very eager and willing to pitch in wherever she might be needed. She directly supported our sales teams, service and implementation teams, and resource teams by performing client profile assessments and scheduling requirements. Cathy also performed client data analysis/assessments, leveraging Microsoft Excel, for all upgrading clients to ensure quality upgrades. Cathy was a key member of our team - she possesses a strong work ethic, is a consummate Team-Player, and does whatever is needed to ensure the project/task succeeds.

I have had the privilege of working with Cathy for 10 years while at ADP in two different roles. My first role I worked as a Resource Manager side by side with Cathy. Not only was she a pure joy to work with every day, but her work ethic is fabulous. She was my "partner in crime" and frankly taught me so much about the Payroll/HR/Benefits arena. From there I moved on to a Sales role in which Cathy directly supported the entire team. There wasn't a day when a Sales rep couldn't count on her to get the job done! In the sales reps eyes, that meant making sure their submitted orders were clean and compliant with all the laws and regulations. But for the customer and the sales rep, that meant quick, efficient processing and accuracy with every order submitted! She would stay late to get the job done which was very much appreciated by all of sales (to make their number within a deadline) and to the customer, which meant quick processing and knowing that the paperwork was compliant and ready to implement their solution. Cathy would be an asset to any organization. What she may lack in traditional "education" or a degree, she makes up for with work ethic, personality and the eagerness to learn! She is a true catch for any organization!
