  Toronto, Canada Area TBF (tysonbaileyfund.com) honours a positive young man and athlete who was a leader in and outside the classroom. He was shot in a Regent Park high rise in January, 2013. This fund helps other gifted teenage athletes, who would otherwise be unable to participate in competitive sport, get on the field. The fund was founded in 2013. In this role, I liaised with MTW players, parents, volunteers, equipment manager, MTW Board, Treasurer and the OVFL (Ontario Varsity football League) President and Treasurer. From January through August, I dealt with registration, working closely with underprivileged players to ensure they receive appropriate aid, managed volunteers, team rosters, jerseys and busses for away games.
