My role as a Manager was to create a culture of warmth and belonging and everyone one is welcome. My team always followed the Starbucks mission To Inspire and Nurture the human spirit. Open person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time. Keeping with that Mission we grew our business by reaching out to the commuity and helping the less fortunate by having Yappy Hour, Coffee with the Cops, Bookclubs, Game Night, Earth Day, collecting Toys for Tots, Gatherings donations from the local retailers to support a needing family for Thanksgiving.
