  My role was based on completing an existing project within the allocated 12 months and consisted of quantifying product, ordering when required, costing variations, submitting for client for approval, obtaining subcontractor quotes, preparing subcontract agreements, processing payment schedules and liaising with subcontractors on a daily basis along with managing the project budget. My role also involved anticipating possible challenges, problem solving and developing workable solutions if and when they arose.
