In 2000 and 2001, Cathy Allen participated to Galaxy ticketing system implementation in Disneyland Paris. As a member of Gateway Ticketing Systems, Galaxy software editor, Cathy was extensively involved in all tasks : software enhancements specification review in collaboration with Disney teams, coordination with development teams in the US, testing and implementation. Scope of project being large and cross-disciplinary, involving many divisions both backoffice or operational, it was necessay to understand organisation and processes in order to work efficiently on solution design. Cathy performed very successfully and very rapidly on these two aspects. In addition to her technical skills, her interpersonal skills greatly facilitated her integration, and interactions with Disney teams.
