I have worked closely with Cathy over a 5 year period during which Cathy largely worked as my Executive Assistant / HR coordinator as well as supporting the broader leadership team. I have come to know her as a great person to work with. Her capabilities go well beyond routine EA tasks and also include managing office related projects, change management and dealing with HR matters. The quality of her work has been consistently outstanding in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Furthermore Cathy takes initiative, is a team player and is a very pleasant person to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Cathy is not only a highly-skilled Executive Assistant, but has a talent for organising events and functions. She has the ability to anticipate the needs of not only her Executive manager, but the entire Executive team by being able to take a holistic view of an organisation. Cathy is able to get the most out of all office technology platforms and is a self-starter who strives to find solutions for any challenge with which she is confronted.

A multi-faceted supporting function to ensure the demands on CEO’s time, acting as gatekeeper to allow him to focus on high level priorities. As the sole administrative function, the role also supported the wider team operations in addition to managing all aspects of the office and employee lifecycle documentation. Played a key role from the company’s infancy (team of 13) by balancing an ever-increasing list of responsibilities, handling everything from coordinating the CEO’s demanding schedule to organising executive Board meetings and project managing tenancy renovations. Contributed to the company’s success by establishing and continually reviewing systems and procedures to ensure they remained in line with the company’s rapid growth over a six-year period to a multinational company with over 600 employees.
