Cathy is a highly motivated and skillful coordinator in the area of Human Factors Engineering. She has a superb work ethic and is a totally self motivated person that views her position as one of the most important in the HFE effort and executes accordingly. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to the flow of over 100,000 vendor documents through the Human Factors Engineering group on a $13.5 billion contract in Western Australia; coordination of HFE Specialist travel to companies located around the world for more than 550 trips including training, audits and final inspections. She is responsible for maintaining the issue tracking database for all issues identified that may impact the final product of the project. She is also responsible for tracking cost of the entire HFE effort. Cathy is the key pivot pin for all HFE activities across all Bechtel HFE Discipline employees in Houston and Shanghai, China and is a key link to the overall success of the entire HFE effort. She is held in high esteem by her fellow employees and is a very important key in assisting me in the management of the entire Human Factors Engineering effort of a 6 year long project.
