Remote global HR Manager, supported the business with the full employee life cycle including high levels of recruitment in the US, Spain and the UK, and rolling out various strategic HR projects such as a new HRIS, new global payroll system, performance mgt processes and a benefits platform. Reporting into the COO, supporting the business with all strategic HR projects, inc. the development of Core Values and behaviours, colleague attitude surveys, an employee handbook and various restructures and people development projects. I also implemented a new time and attendance system, responsible for choosing the system, working on its development and training all users. In April 2015 we successfully gained our Investors in People accreditation. Responsible for all recruitment, (including running Assessment days); employee relations; benefits; Payroll (Sage) and Pensions (Auto-enrolment staging was May 14); preferred supplier lists and cost reductions.
