      I am assigned to be the administrative assistant of the Ms. Sonika Panag. I have a lot of responsibilities in this position which is mainly doing administrative job. First, I did a lot of gathering of inspiration/ideas and actual pictures of the past events that I compile and sort according to its specific genre/occasion/theme that will later on be shown to clients for selection. Next, I organized all the files in the filing cabinet. I separate all the 2018, 2019 and 2020 clients in one folder to another. Then I edited all the paper woks or forms that they need in writing all the important details, it includes the contract form, quotation sheets, service agreement form, final designs form, event set-up and take down list, sketch sheet, and their logo sheet. I printed them during my vacant time then, staple them and make it into a set of forms. I also did their 2018 inventory of all their past clients. She teaches me on how to respond to emails, sending quotes and invoices. After that, I exchange and send emails to our clients as per her request. And lastly, when I am there I did a little cleaning, tidying up the office and lobby before I leave the place.

      I worked in this company for almost a year before taking my full time program at Humber College. My job focuses on shipping airplane parts to local and international destinations. I am responsible in the customs requirements and documents needed prior to shipping it is more on writing and reading. Most of the times I deal with the sales persons' request on how to send the units. Sometimes I also do customer service and deal with the customers concern.
