I engaged Catherine at Keystone for the sale of my business in 2020, on the basis of a strong personal recommendation from someone she has advised for many years. As this was my first business sale, Catherine guided me through the process using her experience, skill and sensitivity. She involved other experts from Keystone whenever we needed specialist skills e.g. on IP, HR and finance. I felt well supported by her, not least because she only takes on one M&A client at time, and so does not spread herself too thinly She focused on the key issues rather than clocking up fees on non-material issues and was transparent about costs. I strongly recommend her services if you are selling your SME.

I can't rate Catherine highly enough, she really has been a rock throughout our fundraising journey. Knowledgable, patient, always on hand and an absolute professional at all times, she has guided us through a very complex and challenging process - I really don't know what we would have done without her! She is also an absolute pleasure to work alongside, readily taking the time to explain the technical issues in detail and highlighting issues we might otherwise have overlooked. She definitely goes 'above and beyond' in her approach to her work. I would not work with anyone else while Catherine is available!
