Main contact with various Manufacturers, attending quarterly sales forums and conferences, ensuring that the sales and brand objectives of each Manufacturer were being met at dealer level. Preparation of quarterly manufacturer marketing planners in line with business objectives and Manufacturer standards, activity and spend requirements. Preparation of creative briefs and delivery to external advertising agencies and suppliers for various channels, including press and magazine, radio, TV, direct mail, digital, outdoor, events, and product placements. Planning and delivery of press releases with PR Officer. Organisation of new dealership launches, open days and sales events. Preparation of annual marketing budgets, quarterly advertising schedules, and monthly spend Excel reports. Working closely with the sales departments to achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives, and models sold, so that sales performance could be analysed in line with tactical offers advertised.
