Receipt of Product and Empties on System from Packaging / Depots/ Customers in conjunction with Production or Warehouse Controllers’ representative as per laid down procedure as the case may be ii. Issue or Transfer of Product and Empties on System to Packaging/ Depot/Customer in conjunction with Production and Warehouse Controllers’ representative as per laid down procedure as the case may be iii. Ensure System Stock movement (supply chain, new Containers/ production transfers or customer dispatch) are correct, documented, reconciled daily, weekly and monthly. iv. Ensure Non-conforming stock (ullages) are quarantined on system and do not end up in the market v. Carry out Routine System stock take as per NBL Inventory management Procedure vi. Generate the Daily Inventory movement report and advise management on any unaccountable losses in the warehouse vii. Maintain Records of all Stock Movement as per NBL Procedure for submission to Finance as per Statutory requirements viii. Apply Appropriate System internal controls, and manage Breakages, Write off, Accident Beer/ Empties / Bad Containers from trade / Packaging/ and re-charge as affected account to ensure agreed Stock KPI are met and costs controlled ix. Ensure minimum TAT (turnaround time) at Documentation Level/ Desk x. Respond to Emergency call-outs and be familiar with the company accident procedure xi.
