I worked with Catherine on a number of occasions and was always impressed with her drive and focused approach to quality and the learner. Whatever the situation she could always see through the distractions and get to the real issue quickly. A no nonsense approach, high personal standards but coupled with compassion and support for the people involved meant Catherine had both the respect and admiration of her collegues.

I worked with Cathie for 15 months when she was Vice Principal Curriculum and Quality at Guildford College. I quickly discovered that Cathie is a consumate professional; knowledgeable, approachable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is Cathie incredibly knowledgeable in her field, she passionately cared about the quality of the service our learners received. On a personal level, Cathie took the time to understand my needs as someone coming into the sector from a commercial background and gave me a huge amount of support, advice and encouragement. I would unreservedly recommend Cathie.
