Paula Wright
When working with Catherine I found her to be both professional and genuinely passionate about assisting others with the benefit of her knowledge and extensive experience. She is committed to her clients, and forging a pathway for them to suit their needs as well as being focused on business and program stakeholders. She has clarity in her communication and a consistently positive attitude towards the demands of her role. A true team player.
Peter Milton
Catherine was employed as the Administrator of Training at GEMCO during the period Mar 2018 to Jan 2019. During her time at GEMCO, Catherine was responsible for office support including maintenance of training schedules including booking clients to both online and classroom based training on site, management of data bases and training records, creating training documentation using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, filing training records into our Learning Management System (LMS), and other administrative tasks when requested. Catherine fulfilled these responsibilities with little to no supervision. The position also required interaction with both GEMCO, contracting partners and the public (local school, medical centre and the resident indigenous population) as well as all departments across the mine site. Success was dependent upon Catherine possessing strong communication and interpersonal skill sets. I am more than happy to recommend and act as a reference for Catherine and can only speak highly of her customer service skills, work ethic, attention to detail, computer literacy, and professional attutude. Please feel free to contact me should you require further information
