I am very lucky to have had the opportunity to partner with Catherine in her role as Learning and Development Business Partner at Lowri Beck. From January 2019 we agreed to partner with Lowri Beck and support them through a new apprenticeship programme. Working with Catherine was enjoyable, our meetings and discussions flowed easily due to the common interest we both had for the learners and the mutual shared goals. Catherine made our partnership easy; she has a good sense of humour and always wanted the best for her staff, supporting them every step through their apprenticeship. Catherine gained support from other internal managers to make the programme a great success and always clearly communicated our joint goals and priorities. The size of the programme meant that careful planning was needed to ensure learning sessions worked around the needs of the business, we were also keen to embed Lowri Beck values into the apprenticeship so it became a natural extension of staff roles. Catherine was integral to this, managing all the logistics of the sessions, connecting us to other internal managers within the business and supporting us through potential challenges. Catherine has a calm approach, she is a great communicator and has a flexible approach, working with Catherine made the partnership a positive experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Catherine, I wish her well and would love to work with her again in the future. Naomi Lawton T4C Training Manager.

I really enjoyed working with Catherine, in her HR, Recruitment & Retention, and L&D roles at Lowri Beck. Perceptive and emotionally intelligent, Catherine is able to quickly understand situations and deliver solutions and outcomes that suit all parties. With wide ranging experience, I valued Catherine's input, support and guidance throughout the time I worked with her. A great communicator, she also has a fantastic sense of humour and a genuine care for the people she works alongside.
