      Momentum Leadership inspires and empowers young women to visualize their impact in society now and in the future. It creates the right environment for each participant to discover her potential and give her the tools to become her personal best. This mission is achieved building on two new research-based discoveries, namely, ‘growth mindset’ by Prof. Carol Dweck and 'grit' by Prof. Angela Duckworth.
