Momentum Leadership inspires and empowers young women to visualize their impact in society now and in the future. It creates the right environment for each participant to discover her potential and give her the tools to become her personal best. This mission is achieved building on two new research-based discoveries, namely, ‘growth mindset’ by Prof. Carol Dweck and 'grit' by Prof. Angela Duckworth. We want these young women to have a sporting spirit in developing leadership skills to contribute effectively and positively address the needs of society. Momentum Leadership helps each girl to identify and build solid leadership skills and habits that she can put into immediate effect immediately through the experiential learning developed in three three main components: Leader Labs, Mentoring and Social Outreach. As the CEO of the Momentum Leadership Programme, I am responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Momentum's long and short term plans. Show less
