Faculty workload and course assignments for three tenure track Criminal Justice Faculty, four Criminal Justice instructors, and multiple adjunct faculty. Teaching assistant training, work assignments, and review. Degree program assessment for mid-size undergraduate program (450 students) and for a small graduate program (40 – 50 students). Budgeting and strategic fiscal planning for $1.7 million in Federal grant and contract funding. Collaborate with the Dean on junior faculty mentorship and review. Strengthen the recruitment, development, and retention of UCCS Criminal Justice faculty. Campus lead on violence prevention and education initiative – providing education to over 1,500 students annually and all incoming faculty and staff. Active participation in shared governance including roles at college, university, and CU system level, representation on Faculty Assembly, and Vice President and President of the UCCS Faculty Assembly.
