As the Coordinator General of the Women's Federation in Québec (Canada) I am called to manage the team, maintain the relationship with the board and listen to the members. As we come together through the federation, women all over Quebec are at the heart of our actions. Our mission is to advocate for their wellbeing and ensure the respect of their human rights and equality while addressing the issues that women still face today in Québec.

Outreach Program Coordinator
-
Jul 2020 - Apr 2021
First as an outreach person I got to assess the needs, build rapport with the community and ensure proper measures in place for Covid-19. Then arrived a promotion as the coordinator of the concertation table for the neighborhood. I am brought to oversee employees, projects and the relationships between organizations, institutions and the population in the neighborhood. In achieving the mediation of many projects and reaching the full potential of our community I coordinate initiatives and collective decision making on a daily basis. The representation of our population and organizations best's interests is key in this role while making sure that the different governmental levels and various actors are included in empowering the population of the neighborhood of Little-Burgundy and Griffintown.
