I have worked with several Dev teams at Prodigy Finance, including the Schools team, Payments team and Mobile team. At one stage I was working with 5 teams at the same time. Not only did I provide agile coaching on an individual and team level but also to the Business and our stakeholders. Since I became a Scrum master I've been very involved in the Agile community, participating in Agile coaching circles and Lean coffees and in 2018 I was voted onto the SUGSA committee. I have presented talks at the Agile Africa conference and annual Scrum Scrum Gathering in South Africa and at SUGSA and am on the waiting list for Orlando 2020. During the course of 2019 and 2020 I have also been part of an international review panel for the Global Scrum Gathering in Orlando this year. Show less
