Roast & Ground is a specialist supplier of coffee machines, technical support, fresh coffee and water solutions to businesses in London and nationwide. Our customers are looking for great tasting coffee, backed by outstanding service. I’ve been involved with the company since its inception, but in 2017 joined on a permanent basis to focus primarily on customer service, sales & marketing and CSR development. Since then we’ve rebranded the company and its award-winning coffee range, and introduced a coffee grouts recycling service. 2020 sees the launch of our new and expanded website. 2020. What a year! Our customers may have been working from home for much of it, which of course has been challenging, but our office has been open for business every, single, working day. Aside from our day-to-day business of supporting our customers with on-site support and consumables supply, we've been keeping busy reviewing and improving every part of our 18-year-old business, including;- Expanding our corporate offer catchment, with on-site support to the whole of the South East.- Overhauling our business processes be that stock control, parts, automation and more.- Updating shop.roastandground.co.uk the site our customers use to buy coffee and more on account.- Expanding our shop product range and introducing covid-friendly products. - Reviewing and updating our Roast & Ground coffee range. - Launching our new Direct offer for small offices, home offices and home kitchens - roastandgrounddirect.co.ukBring on 2021.
