      During my year in service, I taught an entrepreneurship course to 112 high schools that culminated in a youth business conference, which 10 of my students attended. I also worked with community organizations to teach personal finance and financial literacy to women's groups throughout the region, as well as to develop a community garden program to provide additional income and nutrition to underserved communities.
