As the DREAM Project’s Executive Director, Catherine has immensely grown the organization, which now reaches over 6,500 children and youth each year. Catherine strives to find the most sustainable and culturally appropriate solutions to social and economic challenges and ensures all key stakeholders, especially those being impacted by the work being done, have a seat at the table. Beyond investing in the task at hand, Catherine invests in the people around her. She ensures her team has the training and resources they need to accomplish their work, and she gives them the space to grow. One of Catherine’s greatest strengths is her natural ability to identify and nurture talent, as well as collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
