  In this role, I organised weekly one to one support and advice on all aspects of the curriculum and more as required by my students' needs. I met with ASD and neuro-diverse students from all areas including Art, Sports, Maths, Business, Engineering, Science. With targeted support and guidance, I helped the students throughout the year as well as at the end of the year during progression time into training, employment and HE.

  I took on the role of ICT and Computing programme manager. My responsibilities included vocational and A level curriculum development, delivery and quality control of the courses. I managed a team of 12 lecturers and course leaders and around 350 students. During my time as Programme Manager, the department reached grade 2 from a grade 4.
