Catherine designed and was construction manager on a two story addition to our 1897 Jacobian home in Newton, MA. Her design blended seamlessly into the original building. Many of our neighbors do not even realize it was an addition. She was very knowledgeable on environmentally efficient and beneficial construction methods. This was an issue I was concerned about and that the construction crew needed direction with. The construction project consisted of a new master bathroom, walk-in closet, family room, new energy-efficient windows throughout the house, zoned whole house air conditioning and a zoned Viessmann natural gas heating system.
