  My role was to offer one to one and small group support to pupils who experienced difficulties with their learning. I offered mentoring around pupil education, well being, mental health, social difficulties and school life balance difficulties. My role also entailed jointly managing a group of 30 staff members who also supported pupils on a one to one basis. This management looked after their duties, timetables, roles and any concerns that arose.
