Bully Free Zone (Bolton Peer Mediation Project) was a children and young people's anti-bullying and peer mediation charity. We worked extensively in schools and with youth groups across Bolton and Greater Manchester to engage with young people who were affected by bullying and conflict and equip them with mediation and counselling skills. As well as managing the charity I worked both individually and in groups with children and young people to build self esteem, resilience and confidence and to help them problem solve and develop conflict resolution skills.
