Provide a high level of customer service dealing with new mobile phone requests and processing orders across all hospitals, community sites and surgeries for North Wales. Dealing with faults and being the first line of support for queries via telephone and email. Ensure that all call requests are responded to in Servicepoint internal system and followed up. Updating case notes in the call and close off requests when completed. Liaising with Vodafone in relation to updating mobile phone records, investigating if SIMS were active and restoring numbers, re-using blank SIMS and issuing out new mobile numbers to employees. Updating Vodafone database, SIM card records and user changes. Ensure that internal re-charges for mobile phones, replacement kit and additional equipment take place and are forwarded onto the Finance Team to include departmental cost codes. For Blackberry requests, I ensure they are synched up to employees email accounts. In order to do this I have to link the device up to the BES system before issuing out this type of kit. Updating Telecom spreadsheets and accurate record keeping using Sharepoint filing system. Responsible for raising requisitions for new mobile phones through the Oracle ordering system. Ensuring that old stock of mobile phones are either re-used or recycled with the assistance of preferred suppliers as part of a cost saving exercise. Achievements - During a short period of time I have been able to reduce the amount of calls in the Servicepoint system and have familiarized myself with BCU policies and procedures. Show less
