  •Director of 32 counselors, 2 high schools, 3 middle schools, and 9 elementary schools, leading in data collection to target specific goals for the district and its students with the use of SCUTA. • Provided professional development for intervention referral process, 504 processes, and HIB to identify trends and professional development plans for faculty and staff to lower anticipated outcomes for the future academic school year. • Maintained articulation agreements with Middlesex Community College to improve and modify the curriculum of P-Tech High School in order to support students who were struggling with college-level classes to achieve Associates's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. • Developed a scope and sequence reference guide for the dual enrollment program with Middlesex Community College to determine teacher needs, student interventions, and possible progressive planning for the future growth of the program. • Developed a 504/IR&S Handbook for parents and staff outlining the process using diagrams and flow charts to improve the accessibility of the process and procedures. • Drove forth the model of the RJW Barnabas Health 504/I&RS Better Together Training which lead to the revitalization of the I&RS process. • Planned and implemented Option II after-school credit recovery program for incoming ELLs; provided information sessions to parents in order to understand the benefits of Option II. • Spearheaded the use of SCUTA to gather data aligning with the ASCA school counseling standards and design the school counseling comprehensive curriculum. • Presented and lead a comprehensive training in Nurtured Heart Approach during Superintendent Forum in June 2022 for all district leaders.
