  The thesis was on the ecology of amphibians on Mount Kinabalu, Borneo. It involved fieldwork and managing projects from start to finish. Including grant applications, permits and development of research ideas. We used several datas ets including the one we collected to analyse species shifts and community co-occurence. Part of the work was focused on automated acoustic monitoring, this included using raspberry pi's connected to a microphone and environmental sensors to collect our data. The ensuing analysis involved using classification algorithms and acoustic indices. Show less
