The last campaign I led for First TransPennine Express was their most successful campaign to date, leading to a substantial increase in both brand perception and advance purchase ticket sales, this leveraged TV, Radio, Digital OOH, Press, Email, Social media and paid digital to deliver a complete campaign experience for consumers. For Manchester United I was the lead on their season ticket campaign for the difficult 2014/2015 season, which despite the difficulty on the pitch was the fastest campaign to sell out in their history to that date. I’ve been able to expand my digital skills through the launch of a mobile game for Merlin’s German theme park ‘Heide Park’ which has been downloaded over 50,000 times. My most recent project for Westland, was to launch a new form of concentrated weed killer for Resolva. This campaign has proven to be a success and directly resulted in an increase of sales by 17% since launch.

During my time at TBWA I have been able to definitively establish myself as an account handler that drives clients to produce strong creative work that is memorable and also delivers business results. My drive to deliver innovative campaigns with real results has led to me becoming a vital part of the client service team and an active lead on many pitches. For example I led TBWA’s largest new business win of the past few years, MBNA. Following this successful pitch, the resulting brand launch campaign directly resulted in a record number of new accounts being opened on one day in their history, four times their average number of new account openings. For MBNA I’ve also been able to establish their social media guidelines, launched them as a brand on Instagram and been part of a live social reaction campaign built around the European championships. I’ve also helped lead their brand partnership with Disney and their subsequent activity to support the launch of the film Moana.

London, United Kingdom I returned to Saatchi & Saatchi to assist with the execution of an experiential Christmas campaign across 5 European countries, with 12,000 people attending in person and the events being live streamed globally. (http://theinspirationroom.com/daily/2011/deutsche-telekom-hologram-christmas-surprise/) In this campaign I was able to contribute in the local market event execution and the TVC and print development and developed the idea of having a #phrase for the live event tracking.
