  SAP Implementation (2rd Phase): I was the Team Leader and Developer for the Returnable Packaging System using SQL Oracle databases that was successfully implemented in short timeframe, working to strict guidelines and standards. Initially this involved liaising with the business to define user requirements. The system incorporated existing SAP system functionality and involved the Design, Analysis, Implementation and Testing phases of the project. I delivered user training and provided first level support to users on site using SAP for the first time, during the Implementation stage of the project. SAP Implementation (1st Phase): I successfully managed and built the Data Conversion computer system, which involved extracting data from the legacy system to load into a new IT system (SAP with SQL databases). Orica Systems Overnight Support: I was involved in fixing system bugs and demonstrated a strong ability to quickly rectify identified problems overnight with accuracy and speed.
