Collaborating with our Wholesale Account Managers and other business units, I help ensure exceptional customer service to our Licensee community. Work extensively in the SAP ECC with Master Data, order creation and inventory for both wholesale and retail distribution chains. Business Reporting and Analytics. Responsible for all wholesale-level communications for Licensees, including promotional period, scheduling changes, and product introductions. One of my goals is to expand how we reach out to our Licensees and find ways to better engage them. Worked closely with Molson, Labatt and other large suppliers on scheduling, process development and customer issue resolution. Regularly recruited into business projects by other departments as a Subject Matter Expert for my wide background with the NSLC. Actively involved in bringing online wholesale online ordering to on-premise customers. Continually seeking ways to streamline and improve business processes in the department by exploring all avenues to improve efficiencies. Support the NSLC’s events and festivals including its hugely popular Festival of Wines (formerly Port of Wines), Whisky Show and other festival events. It's exciting and challenging to meet the needs of our varied on premise customers who range from Legions in small towns to world class restaurants in larger communities.
