I had the privilege of working closely with Catalina at IU. She quickly impressed me with her attention to detail, ability to multitask, and thorough knowledge of everything and anything involved with our industry and clients. She quickly became one of my go to staff for special projects as I felt confident that if I was to pass off something to her that it would be done by its deadline, accurately and I wouldn't have to give it another thought. Having her as a member of our team was truly a gift, as it would be for any Manager. She came to us with customer service experience and it was just a short time until she was up to speed on our platform and operations, so really she can handle anything given to her :)I recommend her for everything she chooses to do in the future as her dependability, ethics, friendly manner, and all around being could conquer anything she sets her heart to accomplish.
