Catalina, who emceed the APOC gala 2022, is a vivacious speaker who knows how to keep the audience engaged and interactive. As emcee she is very flexible and keeps the crowd wanting more, very confident when presenting in front of a large group and able to fill and silence with lots of laughter. I would recommend her as emcee for any event where you want to lift the energy! Will definitely work with her again!

Catalina emcee'd our APOC Annual Gala Night for Australian Professionals of Colour in December 2022, which was attended by 90 leaders and community members from 15 different countries. Catalina was super easy to work with and was very communicative and responsive in the lead up to the event. She proactively helped us design the evening with activities and contributed her insights in shaping the agenda for the night. At the event, Catalina managed the flow smoothly and made the evening enjoyable and entertaining for the attendees. She is well versed in her craft and is such an elegant, vivacious and fun host. We look forward to working more with Catalina in the future and highly recommend her for speaking and emceeing engagements.

Catalina is an excellent Master of Ceremony/host/facilitator. She is very energetic with a beautiful smile. The sessions that she runs are quite engaging, enjoyable and on time. She keeps calm even when things go wrong (such as technical issues in online sessions). She is very responsible and cares about the people who work with/for. She is always looking for ways to improve work processes. She is an excellent team member, and always lets other team members know about things she is working on. She is an amazing leader. I really enjoyed her step by step guides.

It’s time for teams to re-connect! We can bring more joy and fulfilment into workplaces!I work with organisations to empower employees to find their inner spark to better connect with themselves, their teams and the work they do. I take teams on a journey of interactive experiences combining self-awareness, creativity, movement and lots of fun. My aim is to Empower employees to take ownership of their motivation, inspire each other and together contribute to the organisation’s mission, values and purpose. I want to bring out the humans behind the titles and invite them to connect at that level.I believe that we take work so seriously that we are forgetting how to be more playful and have more fun. Happy and connected teams work better together and can make a massive impact on employee wellbeing, engagement and performance. Our vision is a happier, more inclusive and connected society!
