Guadalupe Panameno
Catalina Rojas was an exceptional team member. Her communication skills in English and Spanish helped her to develop deep relationships with our diverse partners and constituents we serve. Catalina developed a Social Emotional Curriculum and we started to run it this year, which our program partners and families find it extremely helpful and easy to put in to practice. Catalina and I worked in a couple of projects together and her attention to detail and management skills were key for our success developing deliverables. I highly recommend Catalina Rojas; she will bring great energy and exceptional management skills to her next career journey.
Isai Jimenez
I highly recommend Catalina. She is a creative, organized, and dedicated employee and someone I've truly enjoyed working with. During our 2 1/2 years together at Raising A Reader MA, I saw her enthusiasm and expertise when developing curriculum for coaching parents and caregivers in Dialogic Reading and Social Emotional Learning for children birth to age six. Aside from her education experience, she learns new technology quickly, has high attention to detail, is a strong facilitator in English and Spanish, and is a self starter who always volunteers for new initiatives. These attributes were particularly evident as we collaborated together transitioning our in-person training series to a virtual setting in response to the pandemic. She is also a warm and supportive co-worker who is always willing to jump in to help or be a thought partner.
