I worked with Cat during our time with QA on the advance selling apprenticeship scheme, and was impressed with her receptivity and patience when working in a team, as well as her willingness and enthusiasm in making contributions. Cat is strategic in her thinking and doesn't shy away or take the back seat when it comes to discussing strategy as a group, and is happy to take the lead. I would recommend working with Cat as her focus is around helping her customers and the experience they receive as a result, not for her own personal gains. She is also a good laugh with an infectious sense of humour! A great asset.
