  I designed and implemented programmes for the training and labour integration of disadvantaged groups, which allowed more than 2,500 people to find a job thanks to them. I worked In fields ranging from care for dependent persons to the hotel and catering industry, agricultural campaigns, logistics, handling companies and ICT positions (Java programmers, testing, video games, etc.). I designed and implemented programmes to promote entrepreneurship from adults to secondary school students, including high school students, university students and teaching and research staff. More than 5,000 students have participated in these programmes. I was the creator and author of the Persán Guide for Entrepreneurs (10 editions), the only publication in Spain with all the resources avaible to entrepreneurs. I am an active member of the Sevillian entrepreneurial ecosystem. I set up self-sustainable social projects (AECETIA, MITEA, OCCIENA, BIOALVERDE AGRO y TEXTIL, etc.), both the Foundation's own and in collaboration with other social entities, to provide employment opportunities for people who are unable to enter the labour market by themself.   I co-directed the Master Thesis: Technical-economic study for the reduction of CO2 emissions in an industrial detergent manufacturing plant. Carried out by the engineer José David Jiménez Andrei and with which he obtained Cum Laude (10).I defined the work, determined its scope, and carried out its monitoring and coordination with the academic co-director.

  I identified the business opportunity. I presented the Project to Capital and got their approval. I was in charge of the management of the connection point with the distributor. Design, contracting, supervision and commissioning of the 7 Mwe cogeneration plant and its interconnection with both the factory’s production processes and the electricity distribution network. Since its start-up in 2011 until 2023, it has cumulatively contributed more tan €25m to EBITDA.

  I co-founded and led this spin-off of the University of Seville, formed by a group of 15 researchers (mostly PhDs in industrial engineering), all from the Department of Electrical Engineering of the US. Ingelectus was born on 2012 with the aim of developing innovative technological solutions in the field of generation, transformation, transmission and distribution of electricity, to contribute to the paradigm shift of the distribution networks of the 21st century. Electrical models were developed to verify compliance with grid requirements, optimised management algorithms for wind farms, being distributors in Spain of Vizimax advanced cut-off controllers (and other Vizimax products), etc. Starting from scratch, it achieved a turnover of €1.6m in 2017.
