I had the pleasure of working with Cassy the last 6 years she was at Marcus. During that time frame Milwaukee saw a significant growth in supply. We were responsible for driving revenue and growing share for 1257 rooms of inventory for two branded hotels and an independant hotel, over 70k square feet of meeting space, a Spa, three parking structures and nine food and beverage outlets. During that time, not only did revenues grow significantly but the hotels consistently gained share in the face of new supply. Cassy came to the table with creative, out of the box ideas, a work ethic that was second to none to execute our marketing strategies, and an open mind to test many "crazy" ideas that the hotels came up with. She understood all of the revenue outlets, could communicate the strategies and marketing plans to each one of their teams, and could simultaneously execute these strategies without skipping a beat.
