As a volunteer I oversaw therapies that incorporate Art, Drama, Music, and Meditation. I Assisted with the distribution of flowers sent to new and incoming patients, and educated patients of all the amenities the recreation room had to offer. I also assisted in canvassing patients to prepare for canine visits from the Caring Canine Program. As a volunteer I oversaw therapies that incorporate Art, Drama, Music, and Meditation. As a vulonteer we were dedicated to providing once in a lifetime, adaptive sports adventure to wheelchair bound youngsters and their parents. It was our collective mission to expose kids to a wide variety of sports and activities, things they would never have the opportunity to experience otherwise... including but not limited to surfing, snorkeling, zip-line tours, fishing, quad riding, nature tours, and horseback riding.
