Cassie is wonderful to work with as a team member as well as a client. Cassie and I worked together at the Waterloo Entrepreneurship Residence Connection where she was an outstanding Entrepreneur in Residence. Cassie cares a lot about the people she works with and is always ready to help in any way she can. I had the pleasure of working with Cassie for a second time, this time she was my client on a design project. During the project, she was always ready to jump on a call to discuss the project and give all her input. Cassie is all around an incredible person, making her a dream to work with.

Cassie joined GreenHouse as an Innovator in Residence in January 2017. Her early interests and experiences in working with girls in hackathons has shaped her journey as an innovator from developing video games to teach leadership to girls to creating a platform that assesses the impact of gender and diversity-focused programs and initiatives. Cassie is a leader in the drive towards gender justice and diversity. Through her visionary leadership she has evolved her company, SheLeads, from a startup to now a company (re-branded as Lunaria) that provides metrics to executives and leaders that are striving to close the gender and diversity gaps within their organizations. She continues to stay closely connected to the GreenHouse community as an active alumna, giving of her time to the next wave of young social innovators and entrepreneurs.
