Product Handling: o Receive finished goods into warehouse; verify quantity, item number, and lot o Perform stock rotation to ensure product stored in alignment with FEFO o Palletize product in accordance with established guidelines and customer specific requirements o Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrapping equipment – see job requirements o Perform finished goods cycle counts as requested o Re-stock finished goods as needed Order Fulfillment: o Pick product accurately – see job requirements o Follow established guidelines to ensure document accuracy (especially in the case of back orders and multiple pickers on a given order) o Communicate all questions relating to product quality, order accuracy, pick list notes, or order fulfillment to Shipping Administrator, Lead or Customer Service General Warehouse: o Complete computer transactions and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner o Support team initiatives and special projects as required o Provide back-up to a minimum of one other functional area within the warehouse o Pick up trash, broken pallet splinters etc. and deposit in appropriate receptacles o Follow GMPs & Safety guidelines, including appropriate wardrobe, hair coverings, personal protective equipment and footwear at all times. o Demonstrate positive attitude and courtesy to others Show less
