I had a great pleasure to work with Cassie at Allstate. Cassie showed great attention to detail in the work she did. Very thorough in her thinking from different angels, from both larger viewpoints all the way down to details. I was impressed in her ability to stand behind solutions she believed were the right approach and represented our users' needs, something that can be a challenging part of our work with so many parties involved. From the personality perspective, Cassie is just a great person who is trustworthy, dependable, very empathetic, thoughtful and mature in her thinking. I highly recommend her for any role as she displays such quality in the work she does as well as her interactions with people around her.

I had the pleasure of working with Cassie on a UX design project that we did with Designation. She and the team did a great job on understanding our value proposition and aligning it with customer needs. She is a critical thinker who incorporates client feedback and delivers great work products. I look forward to working with Cassie again in the future! Disha Gulati

I was a part of a team of UX specialists working to redesign Allstate’s quoting tool for insurance agents. Partnering with agile teams and stakeholders, I focused on executing new designs while creating a roadmap for the product vision. I conducted a research study to determine strategies for motivating agents and integrated the findings into the system. Designation selects one UX designer from every cohort to serve as an assistant creative director and project manager for the incoming cohort. “I was selected to fill this role for the incoming cohort of 15 designers. I work with them to provide feedback, critique, and guidance as they move through the program.”

As part of a team of designers in an immersive design program, I developed UX design skills and practices. My deliverables included user interview guides, competitive analyses, research syntheses, personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing plans, and annotations. I worked on a total of five projects. I improved my client communication skills through work with the following clients: Style545, a startup that bridges the gap between online and in-store shopping. They sought to provide personalized “looks” for shoppers to buy online or try on in store. We focused on improving the in-store experience through a mobile app with outfit inspiration. CallOnTheGo, a startup helping small- to mid-sized businesses increase sales by improving their call rate with a mobile autodialer. We improved the design of the current mobile app and better integrated their sales process.

I worked on a variety of internal and client projects. I worked with a cross-functional team on the development of a chatbot for Solstice’s annual FWD conference. My responsibilities included project management, content strategy, and requirements writing. Later, I worked with the internal resource management team—helping track employee utilization and staff upcoming projects. I also worked with two Fortune 500 clients—one industrial automation and the other financial services. I helped… Show more I worked on a variety of internal and client projects. I helped set up initial web analytics for our industrial automation client by writing acceptance criteria and collaborating with our developers. I also participated in brainstorming sessions around design requirements for their beta website. In addition to my work in industrial automation, I worked with a financial services client. I managed all the internal budget tracking and I worked with a client-side team’s customer-facing website. I took on the responsibility of project planning and ensured the team met the business requirements. Show less I worked on a variety of internal and client projects.
