● Built photography business by directly contacting students and parents in selected targeted areas and school districts offering modeling programs. Contracting them to promote my business in exchange for discounted graduation photographs. Each year signing up 15 different models from 12 different schools in the Portland and suburban areas. ● Grown business at least 50% annually. Gross sales and net profits averaged 22% profit increase per year over 4 years. ● Personal approach made my clients and families feel confident working with me. They absolutely loved their photos and the experience. Positive word of mouth spread through my model’s schools where they referred their friends to me. ● Personally, managed all business activities including sales, marketing, scheduling, customer service (both student models and parents), problem solving, managing online media, design and clothing accessories for each shoot, offer professional make-up on site with outside vendor. Communication from shoot to initial photo selection. Adobe Photoshop final photographs for presentation. Confirmation of satisfaction, which has led to referrals adding more clients from additional schools. Invoicing the final payment to happy clients. ● Work with a variety of clients of all ages (17 – 60 years of age) and different backgrounds, achieving happy customers. ● Created multiple efficient workflow processes for client expectation management delivering customer satisfaction.
