As a Team Member with August, I help large, established global organizations transition from old ways of working to a better way of doing things. Our clients have told us that we do what they previously thought impossible: translate the most complex, sticky parts of organization transformation into a set of practical, easy to adopt tools. As Operations Lead, I support August's People, Business, and Consulting operations. The StartingBloc Institute is built on the belief that a small, committed group of people can change the world. The Institute convenes, connects, and develops human-centered leaders, entrepreneurs, activists, educators, and innovators working to envision and create positive change. Our leaders shape public narrative, organizational design, and more broadly, cultural norms. We believe investing in people, both their personal development and their professional skill set, is how we might accelerate the pace of cultural shift towards a more life sustaining, thriving world. Our ecosystem spans over 3,000 Fellows across the globe, 4 yearly Institutes, 15 local chapters, a pro-bono coaching program, and a thriving community. Show less

This effort to tell legislators that it is time to hold polluters accountable. #PutAPriceOnIt is a national campaign to educate and engage college students, administration, and faculty to lobby their congressmen in favor of a carbon price. The campaign is co-sponsored by National Geographic's Emmy-award winning television show, The Years of Living Dangerously, and Our Climate, formerly known as Oregon Climate.Together, we can create a fair and effective solution that is a model to the world. • Resident Adviser
      • Sep 2013 - Jun 2014

As a Resident Adviser, it was my job to facilitate a safe environment for 22 first year collegiate women. This was achieved through programming that focused on self discovery, health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, campus resources, community, and Knox traditions. Each of these topics were incorporated into my residents day-to-day conversations and interactions. This achievement made it clear to me that my residence hall was a safe place for my residents.
