Alex Gong
Cassidy is a great technical and cultural resource. When working together and adjacently on differing teams, I found him a great sounding board for technical ideas and approaches that helped hone the product perspective on the way things were being built, implemented, or already had been done. I've also noticed that he's personable, even during times when others would assume a gruff state- he's been upbeat, stays with the team til the team is done, and regardless of the sprint conditions, carries a smile wherever he may go. They always say you can't train attitude.

Cassidy is one of those rare engineers that can tackle any problem or any language you throw at him. If he doesn't know something he can jump in, attack the problem from multiple angles, and get up to speed in record time. He's always improving his understanding of technology and improving his craft. As a designer, you can't ask for a more capable partner in bringing solutions to life. It's a shame he's buried deep on our infrastructure team these days where we don't have the opportunity to work together more often!
