As a computer technician, my job scope includes, virus and malware removal, hard drive cloning, data recovery, hardware diagnostics and replacement, software installation, screen replacement, e-mail setup, new equipment setup (ie. printers, computers,scanners,etc.), adding new users to a domain, as well as some light network cabling.
