Cassandra has been a great Senior HR Executive for Text100 over the last four years. She has incredible shown great HR and organisational skills overlooking for 10 different offices and providing support on payroll, benefit administration, HR systems management, general HR and global projects. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Cassandra on a number of joint HR-Payroll projects at Rogers Communication Inc. At the time, she was the Payroll Coordinator for a number of HR departments. Cassandra had developed a reputation for being efficient and reliable and for always having an eye for detail. She also had a can-do attitude even when faced with the most challenging payroll situations. Case in point: over a 6 month period, Cassandra was responsible for processing over 1000 new hires – this was one of many payroll projects that she was responsible for. Although this was an unprecedented endeavor, there were never any mistakes or delays in administering it. Cassandra always aimed to optimize work processes to ensure each and every transaction was executed accurately and efficiently. The overall success of this particular project was largely due to working with outstanding individuals like Cassandra. Cassandra has always had a track record of creating practical and innovative solutions for payroll issues, and, most importantly, she has a determination to get things done. Therefore, it is of no surprise to me that she has been experiencing an upward progression in her career because she is the kind of individual that every colleague wants to work with and every employer desires to have. It was a pleasure working with Cassandra and I hope that I will have the opportunity to do so again in the future.
