My responsabilities include drafting and reviewing of : - commercial contracts (NDAs / MOU / LOI / termsheets / procurement / operation and maintenance / etc.) - intra-group agreements and partnerships (shareholders loan agreements (SHLA) / parent companies garantees (PCG) / services agreements / shareholders agreements (SHA)). - corporate documentation including shareholders and suppervisory boards meeting minutes, approval of financial statements, shares purchase agreements etc. - land agreements (lease and sublease agreements, promise to lease, etc.). My responsabilities also include coordinating with external lawyers in foreign countries for the successful execution of operations and handling the reporting of foreign subsidiaries.
