I have known Cassandra DiBlasi for almost five years. I had the honor of teaching her two young children in my daycare center from 2018-2020. She is a hard-working and dedicated mother that puts her children first while working full-time and going to school. Her ability to not only juggle, but master her roles as mother, student and employee are shown in her well-loved children and exemplary work. In a one-in-a-million chance, we are now enrolled in the same credentialing program cohort at National University. In this time I have witnessed Cassandra's abilities as an English Literature student. We are both attending National University for our Single Subject Credential in English and have not only had our credentialing classes together, but our English Capstone course as well. Cassandra's hard work in these courses is apparent in her thoughtful discussions, beautiful artwork and creative writing assignments. Her passion for the subject and desire to create a warm and inclusive classroom is fortunate for her future students. Any school would be lucky to have her as a teacher and her future students will walk away from her class with lessons that will most likely stick with them for a lifetime.
